Since this update, when applying a new icon pack, the icons on the taskbar wont
change until I mouse over them. This goes for icons on dolphin aswell and on
the settings menu.
The only icon that appears to change is the one active background process i
have running which is EasyEffects for my headset EQ settings.
I tried to restore to a snapshot from 17.08.26 and it worked again, as soon as
i did -Syu it was back to not working.
Goes for every icon pack.
Global theme when applied changes everything, including icons, so this works as
normal.
