DESCRIPTION
When you create a new file in Dolphin (right click -> create new -> new file
(any)) you can _not_ paste the content from your clipboard
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Copy any text
2. Create a new file
3. Try to paste the copied text as filename
OBSERVED RESULT
The copied text can not be inserted (the copied text is in the clipboard, but
neither Ctrl + V nor right click + insert work)
EXPECTED RESULT
The text from the clipboard can be inserted.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I know that I'm not running the latest version of Plasma. I will retest the bug
on a live system soon as I can not update my (KDE neon) system to the latest
version because of bug 521821 (bug TLDR: I can not update my system because of
some dependency issue with pipewire/pulse audio).
