DESCRIPTION
Executable scripts (which launch when clicking normally) are supposed to open
in the default editor when middle-clicked. As of a recent update,
middle-clicking instead launches in the second-priority app. Meanwhile, Shift +
Middle Click (which the right-click context menu labels the second-priority
app) does nothing.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create an executable script and ensure Dolphin is configured to run them
when clicked.
2. Middle-click it.
OBSERVED RESULT
The script opens for editing in the second-priority editor, or if only one
editor's installed, nothing happens at all.
EXPECTED RESULT
The script opens for editing in the default editor.

Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window):

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
See attached video. The right-click menu clearly labels KWrite as "Middle
Click" and Vim as Shift+Middle Click. But when I middle click, I get Vim, and
shift-middle clicking does nothing.
When I tried to uninstall Vim so the only option in the menu was KWrite,
middle-click and shift+middle-click both did nothing.
