Empty "Favorites" tab in kickoff, serving no purpose, while being unable to
disable.
DESCRIPTION
When using Application Launcher (Kickoff), by default, "Favorites" tab gets
highlighted. Kickoff settings do not provide a way to disable this tab.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Application Launcher
2. open "Configure Application Launcher"
OBSERVED RESULT
There is no setting to disable "Favorites" tab
EXPECTED RESULT
There should be a setting to disable "Favorites" tab
