image trying to showcase pulsing system tray icon

DESCRIPTION
TL;DR:
index[0] - index[4] of clipboard represented by fading white dots overlay to
show recency.

Often apps will not copy items to the clipboard, this has happen to me with
anything from YouTube and Firefox to generic executables.
It's a minor pain point but I thought it would be really helpful to avoid this
ambiguity while preserving privacy by simply adding some minimal display or
overlay to show the recency of the top 5 entries.
So even if you have 20+ entries, you really only usually care about the latest,
it could show 5 white dots, where
#FFFFFFFF is copied just now and
#FFFFFF00 is older than 1min/1hr/1day or whatever limit.

In this way when you copy something, you can be sure it has in fact been
updated without needing to check manually.

Alternatively, you could animate the icon, like vlc does when I change songs
(images to follow)
or how ANY tray icon animates when you middle-mouse click it (which I JUST
figured out you could do! :D cool)
