DESCRIPTION
I find it quite useful to let system notifications like the one by Spectacle
when you created a screenshot into the history to make it easy to copy the
screenshot later etc. But for system notifications like these or file transfers
you already know about them, so when they end up in the notification history
and you see that you got new notifications you wonder yourself if you got other
important notifications.
Therefore, I think it would be useful to be able to mark notifications by
specific programs (especially system notifications) as read by default so it
doesn't look like you missed notifications that could be important.
