On KDE Linux, either before https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kwallet/-/commit/ba229169deda9f80d4669ec23a63781ac9c437fc or with https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kwallet/-/merge_requests/171 applied, KeepSecret (a SecretService client) reports that the wallet is locked right after login. However this is false; apps can access secrets.
