DESCRIPTION
When the user set Animation speed to "Instant" in settings, they expect NO
animation. However the Dolphin does not honor this settings and still play the
animation.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In KDE Plasma Settings, set Animation speed to "Instant"
2. Open Dolphin
3. Right-click > Create New > Text file
4. Clear the input area and type ".txt" /or/ Ctrl+A & ctrl+v the filename
OBSERVED RESULT
You'll easily notice the notification text appear below the filename area,
ANIMATED.
EXPECTED RESULT
No Animation.
