To work around #524695 I need to move panels across monitor/screen borders.
That seems to be impossible.
The panle itself does not react to any hold-and-move with the mouse and the
panel configuration -> Position just has four fat arrows up/down/left/right,
which also do not allow for movements accross monitiors.
How is one supposed to that now?
1) have two monitors w/panels
2) rmc panel on montitor #1 and select Show panel configuration
3) select Position
4) be linited to a position only on the currrent screen/monitor
