--- Comment #19 from aurora <[email protected]> ---
Confirming this is still happening on CachyOS (Arch-based), same error,
affecting the Network Management and Volume system tray applets (and also
Folder View desktop icons):

qrc:/qt/qml/plasma/applet/org/kde/plasma/networkmanagement/main.qml:60:25: Type
PopupDialog unavailable
qrc:/qt/qml/plasma/applet/org/kde/plasma/networkmanagement/PopupDialog.qml:110:22:
Type ConnectionListPage unavailable
qrc:/qt/qml/plasma/applet/org/kde/plasma/networkmanagement/ConnectionListPage.qml:26:5:
Type Kirigami.InlineMessage unavailable
file:///usr/lib/qt6/qml/org/kde/kirigami/controls/InlineMessage.qml:14:1: Type

qrc:/qt/qml/org/kde/kirigami/templates/InlineMessage.qml:187:51: Cannot assign
object of type "Primitives.IconPropertiesGroup" to property of type
"IconPropertiesGroup_QMLTYPE_326*" as the former is neither the same as the
latter nor a sub-class of it.

Package versions:
kirigami 6.29.0-1.1
kirigami-addons 1.13.1-1.1
plasma-workspace 6.7.4-3.1
plasma-nm 6.7.4-1.1
qt6-declarative 6.11.2-1
qt6-base 6.11.2

The error is intermittent/random on every plasmashell restart, not tied to any
specific applet configuration or other running app. Things I tried that did NOT
fix it: reinstalling kirigami2/kirigami-addons/plasma-nm/plasma-workspace with
--overwrite, clearing ~/.cache/qmlcache, ~/.cache/plasmashell,
~/.cache/ksycoca6*, a full reboot, restarting plasmashell alone, and removing a
third-party plasmoid (htmlclock) that was installed. Repeated plasmashell
--replace attempts sometimes succeed and sometimes don't, with no clear
pattern.

Other CachyOS/EndeavourOS users in the r/kde thread report the same, and it
seems to correlate with the qt6-base 6.11.2 update rather than any specific
kirigami version.

Let me know if there's any additional debug info I can provide.
