Currently, widgets that fail to load are using the generic Plasma icon.
It doesn't convey their broken state and for example, the Kicker widget by
default uses almost the same icon, which makes it seem like it's working, only
to be greeted by the error when clicking it.
One proposed design is to use the Plasma icon but crossed-out by a red line or
something similar.
