  Target Milestone: ---

Iv'e restarted my TV at one point and I could not see my desktop. I could see
my mouse but there was nothing to click on.
Also, after doing all the steps to get my computer back to normal. But all the
windows I had open where in different places and sizes.
When oping steam main menu, it's just black and on half of the right of the
screen which use to be maximize. Closing it entirely an back fixed the problem.

DESCRIPTION
I have 3 TVs. TV 1 NVIDIA card primary, TV 2 internal AMD, and TV 3 NVIDIA card
as TV 1.
TV 2 and TV 3 were disable at that time.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Restarted my TV which made my computer lose connection for 30 sec or so.
Witch to be expected.
2. When my computer saw the TV 1 again the display was messed up. Not showing
what was supposed to have before.
3. No Panel on screen.
4. Unplugged HDMI for TV 1 from computer and back again. Different results
again that where showing on display.
5. Turning off my computer through my Power switch because I could not see my
courser.
6. When computer came back on I saw the login screen. But when I logged in I
got no single from TV 1.
7. I unplugged TV 2 and now I got a single from TV 1.
8. Found out that TV 2 not only got re-enabled it was set to primary, TV 1 was
disabled, TV 3 was enabled, TV 1 was set to 1080 instead of 4K and at the max
of 30 Hz.
9. Used TV 2 to change display settings for TV 1 back to 4K, primary, change TV
location and now I could set TV 1 back to 60 Hz.
OBSERVED RESULT

EXPECTED RESULT
Settings should be locked to make, model and along with what I had it set to
when Bazzite sees a match of models of TVs and receivers. If one of them
doesn't match a model of one of the TVs then it should default to display
settings but revert back if it sees the same model regardless of display output
as long that HDMI or Display Port supports it.
And windows size, positions and what TV it was only last should not change when
this problem arises.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have to leave my TV on 24 7 to keep this from happening at all.
It does this to Windows 11. So I'm guessing it could be video drivers?
