DESCRIPTION
plasma-kwin_wayland.service fails to start.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. sudo systemctl --user status plasma-kwin_wayland.service

OBSERVED RESULT
kwin_wayland[25674]: No backend specified, automatically choosing drm
kwin_wayland[25674]: Could not determine the active graphical session
kwin_wayland[25674]: Failed to authenticate the drm magic token. path:
"/dev/dri/card1" error: Permission denied
kwin_wayland[25674]: drmModeListLessees() failed: Permission denied
kwin_wayland[25674]: Applying output configuration failed!
kwin_wayland[25674]: Failed to connect PipeWire context
kwin_wayland[25674]: /tmp/.X11-unix does not exist. Please check your
installation
kwin_wayland[25674]: Failed to establish X11 socket
systemd[25608]: Stopping plasma-kwin_wayland.service - KDE Wayland
Compositor...

Also symptoms are that Jetbrains Toolbox and Discord won't work because
xwayland is missing.

EXPECTED RESULT
It should start and provide X11 wayland compatibility.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It started a few months ago (more or less) then after an update is went away
and now it doesn't work again. Not exactly sure what update caused it as I
rarely restart the workstation.
