Thanks for the crash report. As the message at the top of the summary says, if
something crashed (in this case, PLM), we need a backtrace of it so we can
figure out what's going on. Can you please attach a backtrace of the crash, as
detailed in
https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports
?

Also, each bug report needs to focus on one thing. There are two things
mentioned here, the KWin error and the PLM crash. 

The "atomic modeset failure" errors in the amdgpu that cause kwin errors is a
bug in amdgpu, see https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/amd/-/work_items/5339

Therefore, let's keep this issue focused on the PLM crash, which involves KDE
code and we can look into.
