  Target Milestone: ---

DESCRIPTION
Sometimes large flatpak update deltas fail and the only recourse is to wait or
to update without static deltas using the terminal (flatpak update
--no-static-deltas). It would be nice to have an option inside KDE Discover to
optionally not use a delta for an update if it fails once, when attempting to
use the flatpak delta. This would provide a fallback mechanism that could save
a person's time and, again, it could be an option disabled by default and only
toggled on by users that elect to use the fallback mechanism as needed.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Discover
2. Go to the Updates tab
3. Press "Update All"

OBSERVED RESULT
Sometimes updates fail, like with Firefox 154.0.1.

EXPECTED RESULT
Update all applications and use a fallback mechanism if a known one can be
utilized.
