Comparison of single and multi monitor display configuration settings

DESCRIPTION
Single-monitor setups don't have a convenient way to find ones monitors
manufacturer/product name like multi-monitor setups do via Display
Configuration (see attachments for comparisons).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have only one connected monitor
2. Forget the monitors manufacturer/product name
3. Look it up in the system settings Display configuration
4. The strings are only displayed with a multi-monitor setup
5. With single-monitor setup you're required to nav to: About this System ->
Launch info Centre -> EDID -> lookup the strings manually

OBSERVED RESULT
Inconsistent behaviour between different monitor setups

EXPECTED RESULT
Consistent behaviour, no need to look up information from a different place
with different setup
