DESCRIPTION
The increment/decrement buttons on KClock do not work on a desktop. This is
annoying because I use Kclock for alarms on my desktop (even though it is for
mobile) because there is no KDE-native alternative that I know of.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new alarm
2. Attempt to use the increment/decrement buttons on the alarm.
3. Does not work
OBSERVED RESULT
Buttons are highlightable and clickable, but do not actually do anything
EXPECTED RESULT
Buttons increment/decrement the alarm hour/minutes.
