DESCRIPTION

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Close a window

OBSERVED vs EXPECTED RESULT

When you close a window, it does a little animation where it shrinks to nothing
at the same time as it vanishes (i.e. goes from opaque to transparent).

Starting recently, near the end of this animation, the window seems to flash
back to almost its original size for a tiny fraction of a second (probably one
frame) before vanishing completely.

Let's represent the animation with a graph where a horizontal bar represents
the size of the window and the time flows downwards. This would be the expected
animation:

*******
******
*****
****
***
**
*

(well maybe it's not linear but you get the idea).

The actual animation is something like this:

*******
******
*****
****
