Target Milestone: ---
DESCRIPTION
Systemeinstellungen -> Farben & Designs -> Anwendungs-Stil missing option to
load new presets
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Debian sid, KDE latest apt installable version, GER language setting.
2. Open "Systemeinstellungen" ("Systemsettings") -> "Farben & Designs"
("Colours & Designs") -> TAB "Anwendungs-Stil ("Application Style")
OBSERVED RESULT
1. While all other TABs offer to load completely new variants from file or from
web, there is no such option for "Anwendungs-Stil". Only Gnome/GTK styles can
be changed even with file/download option.
EXPECTED RESULT
1. Just like with the other TABs in Global Appearance there should be an
option to load new variants from file or web to customize appearance of
applications.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It would be cool to have an option that offers total freestyling off all
available visual element settings so that one could customize every single
detail, which even allows for selecting a main style first then making a
desired minor optical change and save as a custom style. Instead, we have to
load additional tools and rather create special cusomized presets as such.
Especially on larger screens the window slider bars are often hard to even see
them, let alone grab them with the mouse, as they are far too small all to
often. If a slider is inactive, as seen often in sound settings, you cannot
even see what setting a slider is on. It is not possible to customize
appearance of sliders other than choose available preset which in most cases
does not look modern and beautiful.
