Screenshots for the bug being observed in German and in American English, and
for the layout list itself being ordered correctly
DESCRIPTION
The order of the list of languages to add a keyboard layout for is inverted as
seen in the screenshots: Wolof being above Vietnamese etc., so it is Z-to-A
instead of A-to-Z.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open "Keyboard" in System Settings
2. Click "Add"
3. Observe the list
OBSERVED RESULT
Language list is sorted Z to A.
(But the layout list for a language seems to be sorted correctly, e.g. German
E1 being above German E2 and German T3)
EXPECTED RESULT
Language list should be sorted A to Z.

Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window):

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This has been observed in EndeavourOS, but also e.g. in CachyOS.
Also it has been observed for some time: months or even years now.
