DESCRIPTION
After installing GIMP, I noticed that the default PDF viewer app got replaced
by it - previously, it was Okular.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make sure the current default PDF viewer is set as Okular, in the Default
Applications window (Okular is default on Fedora anyway)
2. Install GIMP through Discover (I installed the flatpak from Flathub)
3. Check the Default Applications window again - the PDF viewer should change
to Gimp
OBSERVED RESULT
The default PDF viewer got overridden by a newly installed app, GIMP.
EXPECTED RESULT
Default PDF viewer should never be replaced by newly installed apps.

Operating System: Fedora Linux 44 (Fedora Kinoite)
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.29.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I think I noticed the same behavior with different categories of apps too, such
as video players, though I can't recall specifically.
I could imagine that this bug with the PDF viewer category could exist for
other categories too.
