Pushed by vladz into branch 'master'. effects/wobblywindows: Remove maximize implementation Remove the maximize/unmaximize wobbly effect added in 909a678e13783bd3d3e4edf14f12bad9bf82f7cb that uses the signal of the same commit. The animation is not visible anymore (see plasma/kwin!9007 for a fix) and makes the blur effect flickers when using fast animations. As mentioned in https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kwin/-/merge_requests/9007#note_1453840 the maximize effect doesn't look good with multiple monitors or when mixing maximize/unmaximize and move/resize since it uses different constraints.
