DESCRIPTION
On opensuse tumbleweed, I tried installing a "system upgrade" item consisting
of 64 packages, twice. It failed both times
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Discover, let it fetch updates defs
2. click on update all
3. click "Agree" on the pop up asking about Nvidia driver
4. let the system update-and-restart
OBSERVED RESULT
On reboot, Discover pops up an error notification stating "Failed Offline
Update - failed to update 0 packages - You've got to agree/decline a license"
Besides the obviously wrong report of "0 packages", it seems that the issue
stems from the tact that the info about me having accepted the license gets
lost somewhere in the process of installing the updates...
EXPECTED RESULT
