There are two possible causes: 1. A bug/design flaw that makes the critical notification not get revoked when a new one appears 2. A problem with your battery itself that's causing it to rapidly fluctuate between 5% and a higher value, and each time this happens, a new critical notification appears. Even if #2 is happening, we should probably also fix/change #1.
