I'm afraid this isn't something it's really feasible for the Task Manager itself to support internally, but you can achieve a variant of it on one of two ways I'm aware of: 1. Put Quick Launch widgets on your panel, with the apps of your choice in them 2. Visit applications:/ in Dolphin and drag anything you like in there onto your panel, then tell it to create a Folder View widget.
