If the option "Confirm logout" is not selected in Startup and Shutdown >
Desktop Session, all options in the logout menu, such as: logout, reboot, or
poweroff, do not function correctly and instead cause plasmashell to become
unresponsive. Removing ksmserverrc resolves the problem by reverting the
"Confirm logout" setting.
