DESCRIPTION
File sizes shown in the Properties window lack consistency for linked files and
linked folders.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a link to a file.
2. Open Properties and look at the file size.
3. Create a link to a folder.
4. Open Properties and look at the file size.
OBSERVED RESULT
The Properties window shows the full size of the file while the folder size is
shown as smaller than it actually is.
EXPECTED RESULT
The Properties window either shows the full size or the smaller size for both.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Putting a linked file into a regular folder and then opening the Properties
window of the folder will show a smaller size than that of the file.
