So you've got a user who intentionally long-presses Task Manager icons to open the context menu and then presses Close to close the window? And this user accidentally re-arranges icons in the process of doing that? And sometimes this user accidentally long-presses the panel background to open the panel context menu without meaning to? Basically can you clarify the specific issues this user is experiencing?
