No, this isn't something we're going to do, sorry. These tasks are basically
buttons, and buttons always do something on a single click.

The primary reason why files and folders in file views open with a double-click
is historical legacy, because older desktop OSs have habituated generations of
users to it, even though it introduces a source of inconsistency with
everything else.

So we're not going to make that inconsistency worse by applying it to more
things, sorry. :)
