Feature Request: Add standard in-app feedback and bug submission mechanism
The Android client currently lacks any integrated way for end users to submit
feedback, report bugs, or propose enhancements directly from the application.
Users are instead forced to navigate to external web pages and log into an
external Bugzilla tracker.
Please implement a standard in-app feedback option—such as a simple "Send
feedback / Report issue" item in the settings menu—that allows users to submit
text and optional device/system diagnostics without needing to leave the app
and create a third-party account.
Rationale:
Requiring external web registration creates enormous friction for mobile users.
Most standard Android applications offer integrated feedback forms or direct
issue-reporting flows. Lowering the barrier to entry would dramatically
increase the quality and volume of real-world bug reports and diagnostic data
from regular mobile users who will never touch a desktop bug tracker.
