Ark - language dropdown scroll bug

I can confirm this bug also affects Ark. I tested the same steps in Kate as
well, where the identical "Configure Language..." dialog appears, and the same
scrolling bug occurs there too.

Reproduced in Ark (26.08.0) and Kate, identical behavior:

Open Ark or Kate.
Go to Settings -> Configure Language...
Click the "Primary Language:" combo box to open its dropdown (first time since
the "Configure Language..." dialog was opened).
Try to scroll down using the mouse wheel, or use the Down arrow key repeatedly.

Observed: The list does not scroll — with arrow keys, only the highlighted
selection advances while the visible entries stay fixed; the mouse wheel does
nothing at all.

Closing the dropdown (Escape) and reopening it fixes scrolling for that
dropdown instance. The fix persists for as long as the "Configure Language..."
dialog stays open — reopening the dropdown within that same dialog session
continues to scroll correctly. However, closing the whole dialog and reopening
it resets this: the broken first-open behavior reproduces again on the next
dropdown open.

The bug is fully deterministic and reproduces every time, including after
quitting and restarting the application.

Versions:

Operating System: CachyOS x86_64
Kernel: Linux 7.2.2-1-cachyos
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.4
Qt Version: 6.11.2
Session: Wayland
Ark version: 26.08.0

Additional notes:

Only tested on Wayland; not tested on X11.
A screen recording is attached showing the bug in Ark.
