DESCRIPTION
I know this is niche, but kind of bad when it happens :-).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Stop Pipewire with:
systemctl --user stop pipewire.socket pipewire-pulse.socket
systemctl --user stop wireplumber.service pipewire.service
pipewire-pulse.service
2. Try to make a rectangular (important - one screen recording reports missing
Pipewire correctly) screen recording (actually press record)
OBSERVED RESULT
Error appears, so far so good. But Spectacle overlay never goes away, you have
to kill spectacle to remove it. Everything under it works, it is just dimmed.
EXPECTED RESULT
The overlay is removed.

Operating System: Fedora Linux 44
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.4 (I am mostly on fit master, have not figured out why
kinfo thinks different, probavlt I am using the distro version)
