How it looks
DESCRIPTION
When taking a rectangular region screenshot via global shortcut (not launch
with launching option "take rectangular screenshot"), Spectacle still briefly
flashes or shows a selection rectangle from a previous capture, despite having
rememberSelectionRect=Never set.
Explicitly clearing/setting selectionRect= and cropRegion= in the config does
not help; captureDelay=1 also not help (and not working at all with global
shortcuts except launch)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In config set rememberSelectionRect=Never
2. Take a rectangular region screenshot using the global shortcut and select
some area
3. Trigger the same rectangular region shortcut again
OBSERVED RESULT
A brief flash selection rectangle from the previous capture is visible during
the new selection.
EXPECTED RESULT
No previous selection rectangle should appear at all when
rememberSelectionRect=Never is set. The selection ui should start clean.
