About the second level menus being broken on android: that's been an issue for a very long time. I don't know if it's in qt or kirigami, but it's definitely hampering android development. Anyway, a bug report should be filed against the proper component if there isn't already one. I did not realize that the changes regarding the download page would make it inaccessible on android due to this bug. Thanks for pointing that out. I guess this means that I need to make sure to port those second level filter menus to the new convergent context menu component before the 26.12 release.
