Icons that should be symbolic
See the attached screenshot. With Union, these icons are colorful (bad). With
qqc2-desktop-style, they're symbolic (good).
The icon names are "camera-photo" and "camera-video". Both have symbolic
versions at the 22px size in the Breeze icon theme, but they aren't being used
here.
This started happening on master a few days ago; it's a regression.
