STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. `mv ~/.config/kscreenlockerrc ~/.config/kscreenlockerrc.bak` to make sure
you're starting clean
2. `systemsettings kcm_screenlocker`
3. Change "Delay before password required" to either "Never require Password"
or "Require password immediately"
4. Apply
5. Meta+L
OBSERVED RESULT
There's a black flash, but no lock screen appears.
EXPECTED RESULT
The lock screen appears.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Only the Meta+L shortcut seems to be broken:
- The lock screen appears as expected according to the "Lock screen
automatically" timer.
- Running `/usr/lib/kscreenlocker_greet` while in the bugged state works and
shows a lock screen.
