SUMMARY
After resuming from sleep (S3), persistent visual artifacts appear on the
Plasma desktop wallpaper and some window surfaces. The issue is purely
software/buffer-related: moving a window or changing the wallpaper forces KWin
to redraw the area and clears the artifacts. The mouse cursor renders above the
artifacts without clearing them.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log into a KDE Plasma Wayland session on an AMD RDNA 4 GPU (RX 9060 XT).
2. Put the system to sleep (suspend / S3).
3. Wake the system up.

OBSERVED RESULT
Visual artifacts/corrupted framebuffers appear on the desktop and window
surfaces. Desktop artifacts remain until the wallpaper is changed or the
session is restarted. Window artifacts disappear when the window is moved
(triggering a redraw).

EXPECTED RESULT
Clean desktop and window rendering upon resume without damaged VRAM/framebuffer
artifacts.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Journal logs show a race condition / delay sleep error during suspend/resume:
`kwin_wayland: Failed to delay sleep: The operation inhibition has been
requested for is already running`
`kwin_wayland: The main thread was hanging temporarily!`

It seems KWin fails to handle buffer eviction/restoration properly during
sleep-inhibition on this hardware/Mesa combination.
