DESCRIPTION
The Plasma Splash screen doesn't display when HDR is enabled. It does work when
HDR is turned off. There's a brief black screen and desktop appears without
splash screen, otherwise KDE Plasma works as expected. Splash screen doesn't
display regardless of theme, tested with Breeze splash, Oxygen, Cachy, Nord
etc.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable HDR from system settings/display configuration
2. Log out/Restart/Switch Users.
3. Log back in to same user
4. screen doesn't show up
OBSERVED RESULT
Set HDR on, plasma splash screen doesn't display on reboot, unlock, or log in,
then opens desktop otherwise normally. Works fine if HDR is off
EXPECTED RESULT
Set HDR on or off, plasma screen displays on reboot, unlock, and log in and
opens desktop normally

terminal window): CachyOs
