One line empty
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable/disable a screen that was previously disabled/enabled (without
hitting apply)
2. Try to change priority
OBSERVED RESULT
Either there is an empty line or two lines are atop each other.
EXPECTED RESULT
Everythign is on the proper line.
