DESCRIPTION
Focus follows mouse does not react to the cursor touching titlebars when using
Wayland.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable focus follows mouse
2. Position a window so you can touch the title bar with the cursor without
touching the window content first
3. Unfocus the window
3. Move the cursor to the titlebar without touching the window content
OBSERVED RESULT
The window does not get the focus
EXPECTED RESULT
The window should be focused
