Pushed by merritt into branch 'master'. inputmethod: make `forceActivate()` show the OSK for lock/login screens This change makes it so that `forceActivate()` works to show the OSK as a one-off in the lockscreen and login screen as an accessibility setting, even if the system is configured not to show the OSK.
