--- Comment #3 from David Z <[email protected]> --- Additional info: After think about this for a while, I believe the system freeze occurs when a reboot is requested by "Discover" after updating the system. On more than one occassion (which happened this morning) the keyboard became unresponsive at the login screen and I used the mouse to initiate a reboot. After the reboot, I was able to use th keyboard to enter my password, so the system loaded but was unresponsive for the (approximate) 90 seconds I mentioned earlier.
