STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the Speed effect settings.
2. Press the left arrow to move the I-beam to the left of the 100%, press
DELete twice, then press 5.
OBSERVED RESULT
Speed becomes 005%... Somehow...
EXPECTED RESULT
Speed should become 50%, because that's what the inputs would explicitly do.
