DESCRIPTION
Under wayland, the show windows effect when clicking a taskbar item with
multiple open windows opens below the currently open windows. The topmost
windows stay above but clicking them does nothing (but cancels the effect) and
the windows that should be shown stay behind them.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use Wayland
2. open some windows
3. open some more windows in front of the others
4. click the taskbar item of grouped windows behind the others
OBSERVED RESULT
The windows stay behind the windows in front (and don't change xy position
either)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Tested with focus steal prevention on low and off, but it doesn't seem to
affect the outcome.
- When one of the windows is in front of the others it also stays in front
- I use a multi-monitor setup
