Screenshow of language tip

DESCRIPTION
When exporting a PDF from the Flatpak version of Skanpage, and viewing the list
of languages that can be used for OCR, the tip text says that additional
languages can be added using the system's package manager, which is not correct
for Flatpak.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run the Flatpak version of Skanpage
2. Scan anything
3. Click Export PDF
4. Hover the mouse over the (i) button

OBSERVED RESULT
A tooltip that says "If the required languages are not listed, install
Tesseract’s language file with the system’s package manager" which won't work
for Flatpak versions.

EXPECTED RESULT
A tooltip which gives correct advice for Flatpak users.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20260908
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.29.0
Qt Version: 6.11.2
Kernel Version: 7.2.3-1-default (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I'm not sure what the tip should actually say for Flatpak users, as I don't
know how to add language packs for them, or if it's even possible :(

This tip is probably wrong for the Snap version too, but I haven't used that.
