STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Look at the panel
2. Attempt to open the clipboard popup
OBSERVED RESULT
The proper symbolic icon for the clipboard is not used, and the popup errors
out.
EXPECTED RESULT
For the clipboard to use the symbolic icon and also work
