I think the point you're missing is that, in bug reports, the term "fix"
actually means something very specific. The fact that you have found a
*workaround* is not the same as saying that there is a *fix*. There is no fix
until a patch has been applied to the code and is shown to work as expected
without having to play with the system tray for the issue to be hidden away
temporarily (i.e. a "workaround").
