CSV file with 42 lines of data, including header
DESCRIPTION
When a CSV file has more than about 30 lines, the CSV Import window tries to
display as much as it can, but it is too tall. The window title bar is
partially off the screen, and the bottom button bar is mostly obscured behind
the Windows Task Bar at the bottom of the screen.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Attempt to import the attached CSV file.
OBSERVED RESULT
The first CSV Import window will be too high to fit in the screen.
Part of the title bar will be off the top of the screen.
Part of the bottom button bar will be behind the Windows Task Bar at the bottom
of the screen.
EXPECTED RESULT
The CSV Import window should somehow size itself so it fits within the screen,
including the Windows Task Bar.
