The effect happens regardless of your settings-- it just is not very noticeable without extreme refresh rates, 120 and 60 are nearly identical. The specific settings used in the video were 4 stiffness, 97 drag, and 25 move factor. One reason I am quite confident that it is not just a placebo or something simple is that setting the stiffness to the max and drag to the max just makes 500hz windows jiggle in place a bit, while 60hz windows completely bug out immediately. I have added another attachment of a video of this happening (dragging from 500hz to 60hz monitor) in real time.
