Image in annotation gets scaled with the display scaling
DESCRIPTION
Image in annotation is being scaled with display scaling, when it isn't scaled
in main application
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change display scaling to some value
2. Open any image in Photos
3. Press "Edit" button
OBSERVED RESULT
Image will be scaled with display's scaled factor in annotation window.
EXPECTED RESULT
Image in annotation should be rendered in physical pixels
